Settled in the Aquarium of Trocadéro (CINEAQUA), just re-openned in an historical place, this new "pearl" of Japanese cuisine carries its name well :
“the little harbor”.
Hosted in the heart of a great ship (43 tanks that house 500 species with 25 sharks!), the first impression is the great tank, a real "living screen" !
Its' sophisticated decor - with stone, oak, marble, ivory and chocolate tones - is protected by the seven samuraïs…
Staged by KAZUNARI KANO, the Executive Chef with a marvelous plateware created by the " Maison du Japon" (painted ceramic : leaves, nervures and barks coloured moss, lime, straw, snow, and gold..), and a traditional Japanese cuisine.
LUNCH TIME (FROM 12.00 TO 3.00 PM): seduced with “bentos”, these traditionnal and sophisticated tray meals (that mixe miso soup, small salad, noodles, rice, tempuras, rosted fish,
coated pork ...)
TEA TIME (FROM 3.30 PM TO 6.00 PM), charmed with the beautiful teapot that hosted tea flowers . To be accompagnied with Japanese and French patisseries.
DINNER TIME (7.30 pm), Agemono, yakimono, nimono, Japanese curry, sushi, sashimi and many more. |
